The building was constructed in the mid-19th century by the renowned Bulgarian National Revival master builder Kolyu Ficheto. It was carefully restored in 2014, preserving the authentic character and architecture of Bulgaria’s historic medieval capital. The house is a designated architectural and cultural monument and forms an integral part of the picturesque Old Town panorama.
